It can be quite a hassle because all of us would want to have a great legs but it needs a lot of hard work to reach that goal. It is not worth it to take a risk in exercising without any supervision because it might cause you a long term hurt and suffering. Make sure that you are thoroughly guided when you are going to make or do this exercise, not just this exercise but all exercises in general.
